What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM (you can use the facilities from 10:00 AM) and check-out is at 12:00 PM (you can stay at the hotel until 6:00 PM).

Do you allow pets in the rooms?

Yes, we are Pet Friendly! We accept dogs and cats up to 18 kg with a valid vaccination card. The cost is USD 45 in Asia and USD 25 in Cieneguilla per stay.

What does breakfast include and what time is it served?

We include American breakfast. In Asia, it is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and in Cieneguilla from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

What is the policy for children and infants?

Infants from 0 to 3 years do not pay a fee. Children from 4 to 11 years have special rates depending on the season. From 12 years old, they are considered adults.
